  • Sales Acceleration Training is a total of 15 sessions covering credit, products, and compliance using a case study approach and developing skills to increase Realtor referral sources.
  • Designed for new LOs or those hired during the refinance boom who do not have a robust referral source network.
  • This 5-week program meets for 2 hours three times a week. Class is limited to 10 students. Additional 4-week group coaching included.

Ramping Up Realtor Referral Sources

  • Ramping Up Realtor Referral Sources is 7 sessions covering increasing Realtor referral sources.
  • Designed for LOs hired in the last several years who want to update their prospecting skills to increase their Realtor network. Two additional sessions are available for students to receive personal one-on-one coaching to review their marketing strategy etc.
  • This 3+ week program meets twice a week. Class is limited to 10 students.

  • Masterclass for Top Producers is 3 sessions meeting once a week with a top Realtor as co-instructor and myself.

  • Power Presenting to Realtor Groups is a 4-week program focusing on selecting a topic, creating a dynamic, compelling presentation and practicing for the actual presentation.
  • This program is for originators generating more than $15 million in annual volume.

  • Home Equity Lending is a 12-session training program meeting each day for 90 minutes.
  • The program discusses the fundamentals of home equity lending and how to position the product with consumers and close a transaction.
